Having received requests from customers at mines, power plants, ports, and mineral processing facilities worldwide for many years, Rulmeca announced the powerful new 1000HD.

 Ceramic Lagging/Labyrinth Seals:
Outfitted with standard full ceramic lagging and labyrinth seals, this behemoth model is designed for the most brutal operating conditions. Other options include internal mechanical backstop and external brake shaft.

40.16" Diam./Stan. Face Widths:
In spite of its powerful internal drivetrain, the 1000HD has a small footprint, with minimum dimensions of 40.16" x 55.12". Four mounting bolts and two lifting lugs simplify installation.

Three Stage Gearbox:
The 4 pole motor is direct-coupled to a three stage gearbox to yield powers of 220HP, 270HP, and 330HP and belt speeds from 600 fpm to 1,320 fpm. A variety of three phase power supply voltages are available including: 460v, 575v, 690v, and 999v.

The 1000HD has been specially designed for the harshest environmental conditions and most severe applications such as:
