Buzzi Unicem USA Expands Usage of Rulmeca Motorized Pulleys

Buzzi Unicem USA recently incorporated Rulmeca Motorized Pulleys into the new synthetic gypsum receiving system at its Greencastle, Indiana cement plant. This is in addition to the successful use of Rulmeca Motorized Pulleys at the company's Pryor, OK; Stockertown, PA; and Festus, MO cement plants. The Pryor plant improved the performance of its 550 foot long reclaim tunnel reclaim conveyor by installing two model 630H 50 HP Motorized Pulleys, solving two chronic problems: start-up under load and empty belt start-up bounce on concave curve.
