RULMECA featured in World Coal

World Coal's October 2016 issue will feature an article on how a Rulmeca Motorized Pulley assisted Westmoreland Coal solve conveyor drive problems at their open pit mine in Kemmerer, Wyoming.

Rulmeca Corporation and Rulmeca Canada will present the company's portfolio of Motorized Pulleys and idlers in Booth #623. The display will include a working 180 HP Model 800 Motorized Pulley as well as a "dual drive" conveyor, highlighting features such as belt wrap improvement, belt tension reduction, and load-sharing VFD controls.

Rulmeca Motorized Pulleys recently increased throughput (to more than 4000 tph) and improved conveyor reliability at a major Great Lakes iron ore terminal.

New video explains how Rulmeca obtained certification to supply the IP69 sealing system. This seal is essential to protect Motorized Pulley components in food processing high pressure and high temperature wash down.
