Top View - Optional Discharge Pulley: Photo shows the structural design of the discharge pulley boom extension. A variety of powers are available up to 2 x 180 HP in January 2009 and up to 2 x 330 HP by the summer of 2009. The high power design will be available in 40" diameter pulleys at 1,000v/3ph/60Hz power supply.
End View Shows Partial Lagging on High-Powered Motorized Pulleys : Rulmeca offers "partial lagging" on their most powerful units. The bare steel section (more than 1" thick) provides excellent thermal conductivity to transfer heat from the motor through the pulley shell into the belt surface.
